Earth Sciences (ES) Mentor Match grew out of the existing Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Mentor Match Program run by Dr. Terry McGlynn and Dr. Samniqueka Halsey. Thanks to their help, we were able to create Earth Sciences Mentor Match, which is currently led by Araceli Serrano and Dr. Christina Richardson at the University of California, Santa Cruz, with additional support from Dr. Joe Ortiz (Kent State University) and Dr. Aradhna Tripati (University of California, Los Angeles).
